Being diagnosed with ADHD requires filling out a questionnaire that is reviewed by a physician.
Thatâs fine, and necessary, but itâs not the real test.
The real test is simply trying ADHD medication: Vyvanse, Adderall, etc.
If you donât have ADHD, youâll feel like youâre on methamphetamines. Youâll be hyperactive, irritable, and unable to sleep. Youâll want it to end.
If you do have ADHD, youâll enter a state of euphoria. The whole world will come together instead of feeling like a mess being pulled in a million directions. Youâll be able to focus. The world will slow down. Your brain will feel clear. Youâll be less irritable. Youâll be in the zone.
We need physicians involved in todayâs world, but the real test is trial and error.
